checking in.

a quick update.

i'm back home for a few days, then to camp with lib as a chaperone.
the girls and i had a good time at the coast. then i drove my sister and her kids to see my dad before his surgery. she is getting around with a cane and doing very well. his surgery is a bit more dicey due to his health. i'm worried. i won't be able to be there with my mom as i'm on the coast with lib that day. and my sister can't yet drive herself. my aunt will stay with my mom, still i wish i were closer at least. they asked me not to cancel my chaperoning duties and to go ahead as planned, but i'll be on pins and needles that day waiting to hear how he made out.
then, after camp we'll drive north to see him. then home and back to maine a few days later for a few weeks with the husband and AB.

i've been knitting when i'm not behind the wheel, and have two sewing projects to tackle. then there is paperwork. livestock stuff, bills and more. eewww. hope you are enjoying your summer days. ok. over to post some pics at flickr. see ya!
