the week so far.

a cold.
lots of tea and knitting.
and today, sunshine! finally after some grey days.
so, i hope to get out and photo a sweater, finished in the summer.

i was in the barn this morning when i noticed the early morning sunlight.

gave me a boost of energy i needed, so i finished stacking the firewood. 8 cord ready to go. tuckered out for sure.

finishing a cup of tea now, but i wanted to share some pretties with you...how about this? oh my! erin does such gorgeous work. and this could be fun! and these? and i love this from mergirl over at smashing darling!

the afternoon calls for some knitting on a christmas present.

how's your week?

so far so good.

would like to believe i have accomplished enough, though i'm not sure that's the case. i have enjoyed time at home, in the kitchen and winter garden dreaming so i should chalk that up to success. & the children are happy! so yes, success :)

Hanging in there. Cleaning up now and taking off for a night at the beach with the girls, and some Lewis & Clark exploration tomorrow. I think once these dishes are done, I'll put up my feet and knit along with you. And 8 cord of wood? I'm hoping to get my hands on a cord or 2 soon so we can have fires in both fireplaces this winter.
